Scrum is a software development methodology.  I thought I’d better warn everyone upfront so fans of Rugby are not disappointed.

I am technical lead on a project that is transitioning to Scrum and I’m using this blog to chronicle what happens both in the transition to and in the use of Scrum.  I’m writing the blog both for my benefit, because I find that writing up what is going on is helpful to me in learning new things, and for the benefit of others in the software profession who may want to see how a Scrum implementation works or doesn’t.

Any comments you want to make or questions you may have about the transition and the use of Scrum are very welcome.

I am new to Scrum, so the questions should be about my experiences in implementing and using it rather than questions to a “guru” who knows all about it.
